The Life Connection (TLC) Employee Assistance Program from Behavioral Healthcare Options is available to CCSD Support Staff and Police enrolled in the medical insurance plan. This program is free of charge to eligible employees and their households members. The TLC program includes five face-to-face counseling sessions per issue, per year; access to in-person or telephonic counseling; a single point-of-contact for all life management needs, and 24-hour crisis support.
You can talk to an EAP counselor confidentially about anxiety and depression; emotional and personal conflicts; grief and loss; managing stress and change; marital conflicts; parenting; and ask questions about alcohol, drug use or gambling addictions.
